Suja Candy Corn Jello Recipe

candy-corn-jello-1Happy Halloween week my fellow juice fanatics! We're gearing up for All Hallows Eve over here and that means plenty of party planning and prep. Like us, if you're looking for a fun way to incorporate your fave Suja flavors into your Halloween festivities, look no further. Say hello to Jiggly Wiggly Juice & Jello! You'll Need:
  • 8 oz Fuel
  • 8 oz Master Cleanse
  • 2 Packets Unflavored Gelatin
  • 14 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 T Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 oz Cups
  • *Optional: 8oz Vodka
Jello Shots
  • Divide Fuel evenly into two bowls
  • Add 1 packet of gelatin to one bowl of Fuel
  • Microwave other bowl of Fuel (without gelatin) for 45 seconds
  • Once warm, combine two bowls of Fuel and stir together until gelatin dissolves
  • Repeat these steps for Master Cleanse
  • Pour Fuel mixture into 1 oz cups, filling about half way
  • Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm
  • Pour Master Cleanse mixture into cups until full
  • Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm
  • When ready to serve, remove from cups and top with Dairy-Free Whipped Cream!
  • *If you'd like to add alcohol, simply replace 4oz of each juice with 4oz vodka
Dairy-Free Whipped Cream
  • Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight. Also place a mixing bowl and your beaters in the freezer overnight. The next day when you’re ready to make your whipped cream, remove the chilled coconut milk from the fridge and flip it upside down. Open the can and see that the liquid has floated to the top. Pour off the liquid and save for something else later, like smoothies. You will be left with the solid coconut cream at the bottom of the can. Scoop this into your mixing bowl that has been chilling in the freezer overnight. Whip the cream with a hand mixer until super fluffy and light. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract and beat until well combined. Add a dollop to each jello shot and enjoy! The remaining cream will last in the fridge for 1-2 weeks in a sealed container. If it becomes harder than you’d like, just re-whip it to soften it back up.
