Tis' the season to spring clean your diet! It's time to put away the heavy, coma-inducing winter foods and start stocking up on bright, seasonal spring deliciouness. Is it just me, or is food more fun when it's colorful? While I love dark leafy greens and root vegetables as much as the next gal, I really look forward to the beautiful array of fruits and veggies that I know are being grown locally from March-June.
