  • Where is your production facility?
    We make our juices in sunny San Diego.
  • Why is Suja trying to democratize juice?
    Did you know that only 4% of US food sales is of organic products and yet in a recent Gallup poll, 45% of the US population reported actively trying to add organic foods and beverages to their diets? It makes sense if you think about it. Organic juice is more expensive than non-organic juice, and it’s not as widely available, making it harder to find and afford. We believe that everyone should have the option to buy organic juice so we want to make it available everywhere and at a price point most can afford.
  • Are you a publicly traded company?
    Suja Juice is a privately owned company and we are not looking for investors at this time.
  • Do you sponsor athletes?
    At this time, we do not sponsor athletes.

Dietary Concerns FAQ

  • Can my kids drink Suja?
    Of course! We’ve designed the taste profiles so that kids love the juices too.
  • Is Suja Kosher?
    All of our products are OU certified Kosher.
  • Can I drink your juices if I am a diabetic?
    While you should check with your doctor first, the answer is usually “NO” because of the amount of natural sugar in the fruit that is used to make our juices. Twelve Essentials and Lemon Love are two low-sugar options, but we recommend consulting your doctor concerning any dietary changes.
  • Can I drink Suja if I am lactose intolerant?
    Of course! All Suja products are dairy-free.
  • Can I drink Suja if I am on a Gluten-free diet?
    Yes, again! All of our products are gluten-free.
  • Can I drink Suja if I'm pregnant?
    We use High Pressure Processing (HPP), which retains food quality, maintains natural freshness and extends shelf life without heating to ultra high temperatures. After our juice is bottled, a high level of cold pressure is applied to destroy potentially harmful pathogens, ensuring the juice is safe to drink while preserving the nutritional properties. We have heard of many pregnant/nursing women drinking our juice, however we recommend speaking with your doctor first.

  • What is your e-commerce cancellation & refund/return policy?

    We always do our best to kale it, but if for any reason we didn't... please let us know! Because our juice is perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacements/refunds when warranted. If you made an online order by mistake, we only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet shipped. Please reach out to [email protected] if you wish to modify an order you've placed before it ships or if you aren't completely satisfied with an order you've received!

    For subscriptions: if you wish to skip or cancel your monthly shipment, you can do so by logging into your online account or reaching out to [email protected]. Please note that we only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet shipped - if you fail to cancel your order before your monthly order ships, we will be unable to cancel the shipment and will not offer a refund in that case. We are only able to modify your future shipments.

  • Where do you ship?
    At this time, we only ship domestically within the Continental United States and Hawaii.
  • Can you deliver to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses?
    Unfortunately, no. We can only deliver to a physical street address.
  • What is your shipping schedule/processing time?
    Online orders ship via UPS according to the following schedule:
    • Orders placed on Monday by 5pm PST: Earliest delivery will be Thursday (same week) or you can choose any Wednesday-Friday in the following weeks.
    • Orders placed on Tuesday by 5pm PST: Earliest delivery will be Friday (same week) or you can choose any Wednesday-Friday in the following weeks.
    • Orders placed on Wednesday-Thursday by 5pm PST: Earliest delivery will be Tuesday (following week) or you can choose any Wednesday-Friday in the following weeks.
    • Orders placed on Friday-Sunday by 5pm PST: Earliest delivery will be Wednesday (following week) or you can choose any Wednesday-Friday in the following weeks.
    *Delivery dates subject to change in the event of a national holiday *We guarantee 21 days before expiration on all shipments.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • I forgot to add a coupon code to my order while checking out, can I add this discount to my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, coupon codes can't be added retrospectively. In order to receive the discount, coupon codes need to be added when prompted during the checkout process.
  • How do I manage my online subscription?
    Please see our full Subscriptions FAQ section for information on managing your product subscription(s).
  • How do you ship your products to arrive fresh/cold?
    Our products are shipped in insulated boxes packed with ice packs to ensure your products arrive to you the way they're meant to be cold!
  • Can I swap/substitute flavors or customize my cleanse order?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow any substitutions or customizations. Our cleanse was specially formulated with specific products to ensure you are getting adequate nutrients and calories. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and hope you understand!
  • Do you offer group discounts?
