“Typically I would come home and crash and then get a second wave at 10 or 10:30 and then stay up late—and when I did sleep, I would wake up through the night, at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30,” she says. “That has changed a little. I’m falling asleep earlier, and it’s not as interrupted.”
