Meatless Monday: Plant Based Chocolate Breakfast Pudding

We love making plant based breakfast bowls that keep us full all morning after our workouts! Bowls are great to add variety to your diet because you can always change them up. We recommend tons of healthy protein, a complex carbohydrate, and a good healthy fat in your bowl. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day because most of your energy comes from it! You want to make sure that you are making positive choices to start your day, and we can guess that positive choices will follow for the rest of the day.

Here are some ideas for what to put into your bowls:

  • fruits (strawberries, blueberries, banana)
