OVERVIEW: The Suja Organic Whole Foods Market Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is a giveaway for a chance to win one (1) of twenty (20) $100 Whole Foods Market gift cards (each, a “Prize,” and collectively, the “Prizes”).
SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: Suja Life, LLC dba Suja Organic (“Sponsor”), 3831 Ocean Ranch Boulevard, Oceanside, California 92056.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on 9.10.25 and ends on 9.17.25 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received (or postmarked, in the case of mail-in entries) during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotion Period:
a. Purchase Entry: Purchase any 2 oz Suja Organic Wellness Shot at Whole Foods Market (where available in select states), then send a direct message to the official @sujaorganic Instagram account with a photo of your receipt.
b. No Purchase Necessary Entry: Hand-print your full name and Instagram handle on a 3x5 card and mail to: Suja Organic, 3831 Ocean Ranch Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92056, Attn: Giveaway Entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9.17.25 and received by 9.20.25.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Multiple entries will be void.
All entries must be received (or postmarked, in the case of mail-in entries) during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Non-compliant entries will not be considered. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Only entries that fulfill the requirements in these Official Rules are eligible to win.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about 9.21.25., Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select twenty (20) winners (“Winners”). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Potential Winners will be notified by direct message from Sponsor’s official @sujaorganic Instagram account. Each potential Winner will have seventy-two (72) hours from the time Sponsor sends the notification to accept the prize awarded and to execute and return (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity (except where prohibited), (ii) an IRS Form W-9 (if applicable), and (iii) any other information requested for verification. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a Prize, or does not comply with Sponsor’s instructions, the Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor will select an alternate Winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Alternate Winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize a Prize.
PRIZES:
Twenty (20) Winners will each receive a $100 Whole Foods Market gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100 each. Total prize pool: $2,000. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Each Winner must meet all eligibility requirements of these Official Rules to receive a Prize. All fees, federal, state, local, and other taxes on a Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners may only win one (1) Prize. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion, or assignment of Prizes will be allowed, unless, at the discretion of Sponsor, a substitute Prize of comparable value is awarded because the advertised Prize is unavailable. Prizes do not include insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules. If required by law, Sponsor will require payment from the Winners of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the Prizes awarded. Prizes are awarded “AS-IS” and Sponsor makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize (or component thereof) awarded.
PUBLICITY: By entering, Winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL: Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to these Official Rules and the selection of Winners. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, and (ii) to indemnify and hold Sponsor and Sponsor’s directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsor reserves the right to select Winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted on the Giveaway post. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
PRIVACY POLICY: All personal information submitted to Sponsor is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.sujaorganic.com/policies/privacy-policy.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND HEREBY RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY; (ii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or any injury, illness, or damage to persons or property, including bodily injury and death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or Winner’s receipt or use or misuse of a Prize.
DISPUTES: By entering the Giveaway, entrant agrees that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state court in San Diego County, California, except where prohibited. Any awards or judgments shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances shall any entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.
